If products are not what you expected you may return your items within 14 days beginning on the date of delivery.

To process a return please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you meet all of the following conditions necessary for return:

The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
The item must be returned with tags and packing.
The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
The receipt must be included in your return.

2. Create a return by clicking the button 'CREATE A RETURN'

3. Mail your return to our warehouse:

Once your return is approved we will issue a refund to your original payment method (typically within 3 business days after we receive your package).

EXCHANGES

We don’t offer exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or style, please return your order for a refund and place a new one.

We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

Once your return is received and approved, we will exchange your items or give you a refund (typically within 3 business days after we receive your package).

WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?

We will process the refund or exchange within 3 working days of receiving your returned items, but it may take further 3-5 working days for a refund to show in your bank account, dependant upon the bank.
